1. Organized space
- When you study, you should be surrounded by a clean organized space, because as scientists say it encourages our desire for learning.
2. Take a break
- Also you need take a break if you are learning a long time. But when you take a break don't be on you mobile phone, laptop etc. Take some healthy food, like apple, get some fresh air out. Don't take a break for more than 20 minutes, 20 minutes is quite enough.
3. Eat something sweet when you're study
-When I'm learning, I always eat some sweets .. now when it's warmer time when I'm learning I eat ice cream, strawberries .. Off, you can eat chocolate, biscuits, macarons etc.
4. Repeat the lesson before you go sleep
